We would like to express our sincere apologies, as a member of the GMO Internet Group, for the significant concern and anxiety caused by the unauthorized access incident involving Onamae.com Desktop Cloud, a service provided by GMO Internet, Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Internet Group.

The emergency maintenance that began at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, has been completed. We have addressed the PHP vulnerability known as “PHP2Shell” and completed the security checks necessary before resuming service. Accordingly, service resumed at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

During the maintenance period, all BRANTECT byGMO features were unavailable, including login and Web Order functions. We once again sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disruption this caused to your business.
